By accessing, browsing, or using any services, content, or features of the website www.tscribe.site (the "Platform" or "Tscribe"), operated by Tech Scribe Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we", "us", "our"), you (the "User", "you") confirm that you have read, fully understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Thailand. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform and all related services.
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Platform / Tscribe: The website at www.tscribe.site, all its subdomains, mobile applications, and all related services provided thereon.
Services: The third-party intermediary services provided via the Platform, including topping up virtual currency, game points, digital items for designated online game accounts, and the operation and management of the Platform’s virtual wallet service.
User / You: Any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform and its Services.
Order: A complete purchase request submitted by you via the Platform, containing the game name, server, character ID, top-up amount and other necessary transaction details.
Content: All information displayed on the Platform, including text, images, logos, trademarks, data, audio, video, software and other materials provided by us or Users.
Wallet: A virtual fund account created for you on the Platform upon registration, used to store your recharge funds, record real-time balance changes, and deduct floating handling fees and Order settlement amounts.
Wallet Recharge: The act of you transferring funds to your Wallet via the Platform’s designated payment method, with the Platform deducting a floating handling fee at the real-time applicable rate.
Floating Handling Fee: A service fee charged by the Platform for processing Wallet Recharge transactions, the rate of which fluctuates based on cooperative payment gateway charges and market conditions, with the real-time rate clearly displayed on the Platform’s recharge page.
3.1 You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess full legal capacity, and are able to independently assume legal liability for your use of the Services.
3.2 You shall ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of all registration and account information you provide. You bear full legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, including but not limited to placing Orders, making payments, and performing Wallet Recharge and consumption operations.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords). We shall not be liable for any losses arising from password disclosure, unauthorized account access or your negligent account management. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 You shall be fully responsible for the security and validity of all Wallet operations (including Recharge, balance consumption and inquiry). The Platform shall not be liable for any loss of Wallet balance caused by your improper operation, password leakage or unauthorized access.
3.5 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account and access to the Services, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we suspect a breach of these Terms or any illegal activity associated with your account.
4.1 Tscribe is an independent third-party digital goods transaction platform, providing Users with convenient game top-up channels and virtual Wallet services. We are not an official agent, affiliate or partner of any game developer or operator. All game content, copyrights and related rights belong to the respective game right holders.
4.2 The Platform reserves the right to adjust the scope of Services at any time, with changes notified via Platform announcements.
5.1 Information Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided when placing an Order (including game account, server, character ID and top-up amount). Any losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information (including top-up failure or crediting to the wrong account) shall be borne by you in full; we shall not provide refunds or compensation for such losses.
5.2 Payment Methods: The Platform supports two payment methods: (1) PROMPTPAY QR Code Payment for Wallet Recharge; (2) Deduction of the Order amount from your available Wallet balance. We reserve the right to add, remove or modify payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Floating Handling Fee Rules: A Floating Handling Fee shall be deducted automatically from your recharge amount upon completion of a Wallet Recharge, calculated at the real-time rate displayed on the recharge confirmation page. The actual amount credited to your Wallet = the total amount you paid - the Floating Handling Fee for the recharge. Your confirmation of the recharge operation constitutes your acceptance of the displayed rate and deduction rules; you may cancel the recharge if you do not accept the rate.
5.4 Pricing: All Order prices are as displayed on the Platform at the time of Order submission. Order prices are independent of the Floating Handling Fee for Wallet Recharge, which is calculated separately. We reserve the right to adjust Service prices based on market conditions, with adjustments applying only to future Orders and not retroactively to confirmed Orders.
5.5 Service Fulfillment: (1) Upon successful verification of your Wallet Recharge payment, the funds (after deduction of the Floating Handling Fee) will be credited to your Wallet in real time, and your Wallet balance will be updated immediately on the Platform. (2) When you select Wallet balance as the payment method for an Order, the full Order amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance upon Order confirmation. We will then process the game top-up for your designated account as promptly as possible. (3) All Order statuses and Wallet balance change records are updated in real time on the Platform, and may be viewed via your account center.
5.6 Wallet Balance Rules: (1) Wallet balance may only be used for settling game top-up Orders on the Platform, and shall not be withdrawn, transferred to other accounts, or exchanged for legal tender in any form. (2) No interest or other returns shall be paid on any remaining Wallet balance. (3) If your account is suspended or terminated in accordance with these Terms, any remaining Wallet balance shall be processed in compliance with the refund rules set out in Clause 6.
6.1 Successful Orders: Once a game top-up is confirmed as successfully credited to your designated account, the Service is deemed fully completed. No refunds, cancellations or modifications will be provided for such Orders, and the deducted Wallet balance will not be reinstated.
6.2 Refunds for Platform Liability: (1) If a game top-up fails due to our system fault or the fault of our cooperative suppliers, you may request a full refund of the Order amount, which will be credited back to your Wallet balance within 5 business days of verification, with no additional handling fees charged for the refund. (2) If a Wallet Recharge fails due to our system fault or payment gateway errors, you may request a full refund of the total amount you paid (including the deducted Floating Handling Fee), which will be returned to your original payment account within 5 business days of verification. (3) To apply for a refund, you must contact our customer support at support@tscribe.site and provide your Order number / Wallet Recharge serial number and relevant supporting documents.
6.3 User Liability: No refunds will be processed for losses or failures caused by your own errors (as set out in Clause 5.1). The Floating Handling Fee deducted for successful Wallet Recharges is non-refundable under any circumstances attributable to you, including voluntary recharge cancellation or incorrect recharge amount input.
6.4 All refund requests are subject to our review and verification, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund applications.
You agree not to use the Platform or Services to engage in any of the following activities:
Violate any laws, regulations or decrees of the Kingdom of Thailand;
Conduct fraudulent, money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal transactions;
Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to bypass the Platform’s security systems or normal operation;
Unauthorized access, scan or test vulnerabilities in our systems or networks;
Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, portrait rights or other legitimate rights of us or any third party;
Upload or disseminate malicious code, obscene, defamatory, violent or illegal content;
Use the Wallet service for illegal fund transfers, money laundering or other activities that violate Thai financial regulations.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform (including design, logos, trademarks, text, software code and user interfaces) are owned by us or our licensors, and protected under Thai and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce or commercially exploit any Platform Content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted service. We shall not be liable for:
Service interruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control (including game server maintenance, network latency or policy changes by game operators);
Any penalties imposed on your game account by game operators (including account suspension or virtual item revocation);
Service unavailability due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, large-scale cyber attacks);
Losses arising from the normal fluctuation of the Wallet Recharge Floating Handling Fee in accordance with market and payment gateway standards.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Tech Scribe Technology Co., Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss or business interruption) arising from your use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort or other legal grounds, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from a single Order or Wallet Recharge shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for that transaction.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use and protection of your personal information are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and available at: https://www.tscribe.site/page/privacy-policy. Your use of the Services constitutes your consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update, amend or revise these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Revised Terms shall take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform, with the updated "Last Updated" date indicated at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via a Platform announcement or your registered email address. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, excluding its conflict of law rules.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If no settlement is reached within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand (our principal place of business) for litigation.
14.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14.2 These Terms (including the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Services, superseding all prior oral or written agreements and understandings.
