Tech Scribe Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "Tscribe") operates the www.tscribe.site platform (the "Platform"). We recognize the importance of your personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use our game top-up and Wallet services, and outlines your rights under the PDPA. By using the Platform and Services, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with this Policy.
We collect personal information only to provide and optimize the Services, and ensure transaction security. The information collected is categorized as follows:
Account Information: Name, email address and mobile phone number provided during account registration.
Wallet Account Information: Wallet account number, real-time balance, all Wallet Recharge records, consumption history, and detailed deduction records of Floating Handling Fees for each recharge.
Top-up Information: Game account, server, character ID and top-up amount provided to complete your Order.
Transaction & Payment Information: We do not store your full payment card details (processed via third-party payment gateways). We only receive Wallet Recharge status, transaction IDs, Floating Handling Fee amounts, balance consumption records, partially masked payment account details and Order information for reconciliation and accounting purposes.
Communication Information: Records of your correspondence with our customer support team, including contact details and service requests.
Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access time, referral URLs and clickstream data collected when you visit the Platform.
Wallet Operation Logs: Recharge time, fee deduction time, balance consumption time and corresponding Order/recharge serial numbers, used for transaction security and anomaly monitoring.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and Wallet page preferences. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics) on the Platform.
We process your personal information only for the purposes set out below, in compliance with the PDPA and applicable Thai laws:

Note: For processing based on "Legitimate Interests", we confirm that our interests do not override your privacy rights and freedoms. You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.
We strictly protect the confidentiality of your personal information, and will only share your data with authorized third parties under the following circumstances:
Service Providers: Third-party providers of infrastructure, payment processing and customer support services, who process your data only in accordance with our instructions and under strict confidentiality obligations (including Wallet Recharge and fee calculation data).
Payment Gateways: Licensed payment service providers processing your Wallet Recharge transactions, in compliance with Thai payment and data protection laws.
Game Suppliers: We transmit your game account, server and character ID to our game top-up service suppliers to complete your Order.
Cloud Service Providers: Professional cloud hosting providers storing our Platform and user data (including Wallet and transaction records), with high-level security measures in place.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requests or legal proceedings.
Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property or safety of Tscribe, our Users or the public.
Business Transfers: Your personal information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, with the transferee bound by this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information for third-party marketing purposes.
Your personal information is primarily stored and processed in Thailand. For service purposes, we may transfer data to servers outside Thailand, and will implement PDPA-compliant protective measures (e.g., standard data protection clauses) to ensure your information is protected to the same standard as set out in this Policy.
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy or as required by Thai law:
Account Data: 3 years from your last account activity, then anonymized or deleted.
Transaction Records: 7 years from transaction completion (compliant with Thai tax laws).
Game Account Information: 180 days from successful Order fulfillment, then securely deleted.
Wallet Data: 7 years from your last Wallet operation (balance records, Recharge history, Fee details) for tax and traceability purposes; failed Recharge records are deleted/anonymized after 180 days.
Upon expiry of the retention period or your valid deletion request, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the PDPA.
You have the following rights with respect to your personal information, in compliance with the Thailand PDPA:
Right of Access: Request access to all personal information we hold (including Wallet Recharge, Fee and consumption records).
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information (including Wallet transaction records).
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary or you withdraw your consent.
Right to Restrict Processing: Request a temporary restriction on the processing of your information under specific circumstances.
Right to Data Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, and transmit it to another data controller.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw any prior consent (e.g., for marketing) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Right to Object: Object to processing based on our Legitimate Interests, for reasons related to your personal circumstances.
How to Exercise Rights: Email your request to support@tscribe.site. We may verify your identity for security purposes, and will respond to valid requests within 30 days of receipt.
Our Services are intended for Users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover accidental collection of a child’s data, we will immediately delete the account and all associated data (including Wallet records). Parents/guardians may contact us at support@tscribe.site to report unauthorized child data submission.
We implement administrative, technical and physical security measures (including encryption, access controls and regular security audits) to protect your personal information (including Wallet data) from loss, theft, alteration or unauthorized disclosure. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) within 72 hours of discovery, and notify you via your registered email with details of the breach and remedial measures taken.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in laws, technology or our data practices. Revised versions will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform, with the "Last Updated" date revised. For material changes, we will notify you via a Platform announcement and your registered email. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
